How it works

Seasonal Sale Policy

These Terms and Conditions apply to The Horse seasonal sale

- The Sale ends at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, 27 (Sydney time).

- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

- Items marked Seasonal Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only and are not eligible for refunds.

- Sale item eligibility is clearly indicated on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels prior to purchase.

- Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotion and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Returns

Before you buy with us, please take a look at the details of our returns policy below. Here at The Horse, we gladly accept returns on full-priced items purchased within the last 30 days.

To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging intact. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items. For leather goods, your item must be unworn, unmarked and accompanied by The Horse dust-bag. Watches must be in original packaging including the box, the dial stopper must still be applied, protective film still intact, and the strap in no way creased or marked.

We offer Checkout+ to our Australian customers only and provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, however if you believe something isn’t quite right with the product(s) you’ve received, please submit a return/exchange request through our portal!

NZ CUSTOMERS

Please send us an email at info@thehorse.com.au with your name and order number and our team will assist you with the process.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all full priced item(s) within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

For Australian customers to exchange, please click here.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale products, and engraved watches and we do not reimburse shipping costs. We will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge within 3-5 days.

Incorrect Item

If you have received your online order and the contents don’t match what you ordered, please contact our online customer care team immediately by contacting us at info@thehorse.com.au

Faulty Item

We stand behind the products we create. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologise. Please contact our online customer care team immediately by contacting us at info@thehorse.com.au

Returns Postage

We offer Checkout+ to our Australian customers to provide free return shipping. Please note at this stage our NZ customers are responsible for the cost of postage back to our Sydney based warehouse.
