This bag is a must buy! The quality of the leather is just top notch. High quality product with a reasonable price. But what amazes me the most is the customer service that comes with it. I had some trouble with the discount code and emailed them on saturday. I thought they would reply me back on monday. To my surprise they replied me within 1 hour and after several attempts on the code (it still didnt work at the end), the nice lady who replied my email her name is Gheanna asked me to go ahead with the purchase without the discount code and refunded the discount back to my acccount. All that is done on a saturday. This is an example of what customer service should be. It's just so amazing. I would like to highlight their dispatch time as well. It's super fast. They dispatch the product very quick after the purchase. Would definitely recommend their products. Super satisfied with the products and customer service.
