Correct Information
Please make sure you supply us with the correct delivery address when you order. Don’t stress if you’ve made a mistake though. When the order comes back to us we will be nice enough to get your correct information and resend it to you.
Delivery Timeframes
We pinky promise that your order will be at your doorstep within 7-10 working days of ordering. This is for our Australian customers only, of coarse.
Late Delivery
Please let us know if your order does not arrive within 10 working days. We will get it sorted and be in contact ASAP.
Damaged Goods/Missing Items
We take great care in packing your order properly to ensure that it arrives at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address-

Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit we cannot take responsibility for this, but just to be kind we will assess the situation and a replacement can be organised, at our discretion.
We want you to love ‘tHe Horse’, so if you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will REPLACE the item or REFUND your money if it's returned within 21 days of ordering to the following address in its original condition.
